After a summer of tournaments and festivals the Blues are ready for another season in the Hunts Mini Soccer League U9A . All the boys have shown good progress in pre-season and will be tested both technically and physically in a strong league. Training will continue at 6.00-7.15 wednesday evenings and on a sunday morning 9.30-11.00 ( if no game in that weekend) .
Would moving kids' football to a summer game help improve the development of young footballers?
Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
